After the questionnaire, we decided to not continue on the previous business idea, because of lack on positive feedback and thought that the business idea was weak.
We came up with other ideas such like; the cereal cafe
or bus that could be transformed with food service restaurant who service transport to get you to the restaurant and take
you back home, Gluten free food, transport services and much more.
Later, we have broken down our business ideas and focus on the food bus that could go around places.
The idea is based on Traditional Maltese
Cafeteria called “Tal-Linja Jaqbillek”. This idea was discussed to gain a lot
of tourists and also Maltese people to keep up with our traditional Maltese
food. This business idea will promote Maltese food, as food is part
of our culture. The cafeteria will also be organised inside the old buses to keep
up with the interior experience of our Maltese culture because the buses were also
a huge aspect of our traditional use. This idea will target different people from a young age to elderly.
Reflection
Finally we have agreed on a Unique Selling Proposition Business Idea of a 'Food Truck' serving Maltese Traditional Food.
It wasn't easy to decide and agree with all the group but at last we managed to engage with a business idea.
