8th Meeting

Group Discussion &  Decision

During this meeting, we discussed the assignment brief, so that we organise our team properly according to the required criteria. We have also discussed possible roles and who should be assigned to which role according to our own knowledge. Some important statistical research was carried out by two individuals of the team.

The discussion continued by saying that we need a concept model and we need to get more feedback from the people about our business ideas to have a stronger result.

When going in depth into the expenses we noticed how this idea actually costs. 

We discussed on

     - Expenses of the light

     - The petrol of the traditional bus- The place located of this cafeteria bus
- Place so the bus will be there at night- it could be garage and so on
- Place for our storage
- Advertising this idea; radio, social media, newspaper and so on
- The price of the food and drinks
- The permit for the bus
- The cost of the bus, because it is more ideal buying than renting
- The restoration of the bus
- Employers to work in this cafeteria
- Licence and insurance
- Needing to pay our own accounted

      - The cost of the furniture and appliances

      - The focus on the branding and the packaging

      - The copyright

      - Registration name

      - The buying of electronics 

Reflection

Since my last role was to consider the demographics in Malta, I have discussed further on the good percentage of the inbound tourism that come to visit this island.
