4th Meeting

Group Discussion & Decision

We have met again as a group, and started popping up with questions that we could ask to people to see what demand there is for a shoe maker or whether they throw away their shoes after it gets thorn, etc.

One person of the group planned to collect all the questions and apply them on an online questionnaire basis.

We have concluded by sharing the online questionnaire and for our next meeting we would discuss again on the total result and move on from there.

3rd Meeting

Group Discussion & Decision

For the third meeting as a group, we have discussed again with any outcome ideas and decided to start tackling on the shoe shine (shoe maker and cleaner) concept.

Shoe Maker

We have discussed further on;

The service will bring the shoe into a stable condition

Target people which tackle a very busy life and would make use of this service

Enhance the market for the shoe repair

The shop will be aesthetically vintage

  Design the packaging that with an Essential kit of cleaning brushes

Reflection

Another important thing we have chosen, is the leader and the sub-leader. I happen to be chosen as the leader, because I see myself good to lead and keep up the group active to remain in-touch in order to work harder. We also suggested that another person of the group (Claire Farrugia) would be the sub-leader, just in-case anything happens or keeps up with any reminders, there would be another person to cover the situation.

Leader

We have concluded by researching more about the industry and in the next meet up we would come up with a number of questions to ask people whether they would demand for a shoe maker.

As we have met again for the second time and evaluated the ideas, by suggesting, discussing and check if everyone agrees on the initial idea.


At the end we have concluded by researching more ideas to come up with a better Unique Selling Proposition.
