As a group we discussed what was done so far and discussed what needs to be done in the coming weeks.

Reflection
The
work was split well among us however, some seem to have a lot to do than
others, that is because they have not done their work allocated to them from
the previous meeting. On the other hand, there is this one person from the
group who seems to take everything lightly and while we give our suggestions, she disagrees and starts getting angry and frustrated. Her attitude has
been like this almost since the beginning of the year. We also had an argument
before which I thought it was useless to point out… She does her work most of
the time but does not do it as requested, yet she denies that she had done them
wrong.
In
addition to this, around a week later, me and Lucianne were discussing to find
what else is needed to be done and encouraged the team members to give us everything
when they’re done to put everything together. While we were doing so we noticed
that the same person, had not given everything she had to do, she gave us what
she collected in a document but have not documented them correctly, which means
she didn’t write paragraphs to explain what she found. We also approached her
and told her that some other things need to be done however she constantly
disagrees with us and say that she’s done her part and that’s it.
